Yoga, Massage & Meditation

I would like to introduce Yoga Classes into your life and make it more convenient for you to do yoga in the privacy of your own home or your building, common room/gymnasium if you are in an apartment.

Raja Yoga is also known as Classical Yoga, it is concerned with the preparation of the Mind with Meditation to further our relationship with reality and eventually achieve Freedom. It is a relationship between the Mind and Body using focus which brings in an overall good health and psychological integration. Yoga aims at controlling thoughts while bringing balance and a state of harmony to ourselves as a whole on every level of our being.

Yoga primarily focuses on commitment to the self with physical activity and regulation of breath which leads to a more purposeful state of mental, blissful awareness, and/or a Superconscious state.

A way of healing, with gentle stretching and toning, and introducing meditation as an easier way to relax yourself with attention to your special needs.

However, if you prefer more of a Power Yoga or Vinyasa which is like a faster/stronger moving meditation that unites breath and movement, heat and energy flowing through the body's meridians giving suppleness, flexibility and awakening. This brings in a sense of wellbeing and joy to your yoga practice.

Whatever your needs there is a balance and a satisfaction for every person as you can specifically design as I will show you even in a class, the practice that is suited best for you.

I have been practicing Yoga since 2001 and am qualified to teach beginner and intermediate level. My classes run for 60 - 75 minutes including meditation/relaxation. I teach at Kurrawa Park, Broadbeach on Wednesday mornings and am open to teaching at Parks at Main Beach, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach Parks, or teaching privately if I have interested participants, please call me. All you need is your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. Cost is $15 per person.

Massage

I have been a qualified Masseusse since 1998 and specialise in deep relaxation and deep tissue massage whilst also calling on my other healing modalities including "ThetaHealing™ Intuitive Anatomy" to connect to all body systems and organs and then commune with these parts.

The body cells actually sing and communicate what they are feeling. I can witness whatever belief, program, toxicity, trauma, or emotion that is held on a deeper cellular level causing pain and disorder to change and be replaced with a re-creation of new feelings and programs that will serve the person and their body's best and highest good through the unconditional love of the Seventh Plane of Existence.

Cost: $80 per hour and $150 per 2 hours.
